38-year-old John Kearsley of Newcastle, England, was killed by the zebra while riding in the safari with his family.
Kearsley was on vacation with his wife Doreen, as the couple celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary.
However, the vacation of a lifetime turned into a disaster when John, who was dressed in a zebra stripped shirt, sexually teased the male zebra that was about 100 meters from his vehicle.
Kearsley was drunk at the time of the incident. The zebra came charging at him and attacked him, causing severe head injuries.
