(Scroll down for video) A boy was arrested on charges of an offense against a computer after allegedly hacking into his teacher’s computer and changing her desktop photo, police in Florida said.

The Pasco County Sheriff’s Office said that they have charged 14-year-old Domanik Green, an eighth grader at the Paul R. Smith Middle School, with an offense against a computer system and unauthorized access.

According to the police investigation, Green logged into the school network through an administrative level password without permission.

He then changed the background image on the teacher’s computer to one showing two men kissing. Green said that other students log into the school computers to see each other.

Green had previously received a three-day suspension for logging into the system. Other students also got in trouble at the time.

Green said that the password was easy to remember because it was the teacher’s last name.

The mother of the teenager, Eileen Foster, said that she understands that her son did something wrong, but she does not think he needed to be arrested.

Green received a 10-day suspension from the school for changing the photo on his teacher’s desktop.
