An inmate was slapped with an additional 30 days in jail after exposing himself to a judge during a video link court appearance, police in Oregon said.
26-year-old Dustin Irons of Pendleton, has been in custody since December, when police arrested him for destroying a room at the Pillars Motel, which is located at 1816 SE Court Avenue.
When police officers arrived at the scene, he assaulted them.
He was charged with two counts of second-degree assault, unlawful use of a weapon against another, second-degree criminal mischief and menacing.
Irons had a hearing on Thursday, before Judge Chris Brauer. At some point during the hearing, Irons’ pants fell to the floor, exposing his private parts on a big TV screen in court.
Irons insulted the judge with a lewd comment. Prison staff closed the microphone in the room and pushed Irons out of sight of the camera.
Irons received 30 days in jail for contempt of court.
