(Scroll down for video) A Chiropractor lost his license after accepting sex as payment from patients, health officials in Iowa said.
Now, the chiropractor accused of accepting sex as payment for his services and performing exorcisms on patients, gave up his state license.
The Iowa Board of Chiropractic on Wednesday, released a report detailing the charges against Charles Manuel of Lamoni. Manuel signed an agreement last month to say that he would not apply for reinstatement for at least 10 years.
The agreement requires Manuel to prove that any circumstances surrounding the revocation of his license does not exist before he can resume the practice of chiropractic in the state.
Manuel will also advise patients to stop taking the medication he prescribed to them.
