A man was badly beaten by a group of teenagers at a gas station.
Orrden Williams Jr. of Memphis, Tennessee, was with his 3-month-old baby when he offered to help an elderly woman to her car.
The woman explained that when she left the gas station, teenagers followed her. She was uncomfortable. That is when Williams helped her to her car.
He asked the rowley teens to quiet down. They responded by sucker punching him and beating him while he was holding his son in his arms.
Williams was able to stumble to his car during the attack, but still not before he suffered multiple contusions. Fortunately, his son was unhurt.
During the attack, employees of the BP gas station locked the doors as the teenagers tried to get inside the store.
The group left before the police arrived, but investigators tracked down one 19-year-old suspect, who was identified as Joe Brittman.
He was charged with aggravated rioting, simple assault and vandalism.
Police said that more arrests will be made. Police believe that all the teenagers attend the Northwest Prep Academy where Brittman is also a student.
