A nephew and his aunt were arrested on charges of assault after getting into a fight about the last hamburger during a family meal, police in Louisiana said.

Union Parish Police said that 24-year-old Johnny Franks Jr. had a fight with his uncle after being asked to leave the last hamburger for another guest at a party on Sunday night in Downsville.

Franks however, accused his uncle of disrespecting him. He invited him outside for a fight and launched a heavy chain and a prod at his uncle.

The uncle then decided to call the police.

When police arrived at the scene, Franks’ Aunt, 68-year-old Gloria Ann Cashion, fought with them and drove her car toward them.

Franks was charged with aggravated assault, while Cashion was charged with attempted assault on three officers and resisting arrest.

Cashion was released from jail after posting a $5,000 bond, while Franks remains incarcerated.
