A police officer was arrested on charges of indecent exposure after allegedly exposing himself to a school girl at a train station, police in Japan said.
The former chief of the Chiba police department, 64-year-old Eiji Oki, exposed the lower half of his body to the high school girl on the platform of the JR Togane Station around 1:30 p.m. on Monday.
Oki also works at a hospital. Police said that at the time of the incident, Oki was intoxicated. The girl reported his behavior to an officer on duty at the train station, and he arrested Oki.
He was charged with one count of indecent exposure. In May, a 33-year-old man who works as a firefighter in Japan, was arrested for showing his manhood to the woman.
The suspect is reportedly the chief of the Chuo Ward Fire Station in the city of Osaka. The man took the subway and went to the back of the train.
Suddenly, he unzipped his pants and showed his manhood to the woman standing next to him. The woman was actually a plain-clothed police officer, who works for the Railway Police Bureau. The officer immediately arrested the fire chief.
The Osaka Fire Department is investigating the matter and will punish the man.
