(Scroll down for video) A judge in Rhode Island, is facing an investigation after being accused of pulling down his pants in his private chambers.

Providence Judge Rafael Ovalles, 50, was sworn into his position 10 years ago.

According to complaints filed with the Commission on Judicial Tenure and Discipline, Ovalles has been mistreating lawyers.

Some have complained that the judge rebukes the judicial employees, including secretaries and interpreters. According to a complaint filed by a female employee, the judge often removes his pants while he is in his private chambers.

Employees said that they are uncomfortable when asked to enter the judge’s chambers to conduct official business of the court.

If the complaints are true, the judge could be reprimanded, suspended, or removed from the bench. The committee will make a recommendation to the Supreme Court and they will decide the punishment.

Ovalles earns about $150,000 per year.
