The Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department said that they have arrested 34-year-old Sabra E. Barnett, after being accused of urinating on the police officer during a brawl that occurred while she was arrested.
Barnett of 2151 Main Street, was being arrested for outstanding warrants. Barnett resisted arrest, but no one was injured during the incident.
