A young girl lost her life in a suspicious house fire just hours before she was supposed to testify against her rapist.

10-year-old Corinne Gump of Youngstown, Ohio, was said that she was molested by her mother’s boyfriend, 46-year-old Robert Seman, Jr.

However, her mother did not seem to believe the allegations and continued to live with her boyfriend.

The 10-year-old girl was kicked out of the home and she went to live with her grandparents.

Sadly, the day that she was supposed to go to court to testify against her rapist Corinne Gump, she was killed when her grandparents’ home went up in flames.

Corinne Gump died along with her 61-year-old grandmother Judith Schmidt, and her 63-year-old grandfather William Schmidt.

Although her paternal grandparents and others are calling the fire suspicious, police said that so far, they have no evidence of foul play.

Police are continuing to investigate the incident.

Seman was under house arrest at the time of the deadly fire, but he was taken into custody after he was accused of trying to bribe a witness in the rape case.
