(Scroll down for video) A New Jersey teenager turned himself in to police after he was accused of raping a teenage girl.

The Bergen Catholic High School student has been accused of raping a student from the Manhattan College in the Bronx, New York, officials said.

18-year-old Kevin Convery of Wyckoff, was charged
with rape, sexual abuse and sexual misconduct, according to the New York City Police Department.

The pair met at a concert and then went back to the woman’s dorm room around 5:00 p.m. They two began kissing, which was consensual.

However, things turned sexual. Convery allegedly began touching the woman and she allegedly told him to stop.

At that time, according to a criminal complaint, the woman told Convery repeatedly that she did not want to have sex with him. Convery then raped her despite her verbal objections, according to police.

The woman pushed him off of her with her arms and a leg, the complaint said.

According to police, neither of them were drunk at the time of the incident.
