(Scroll down for video) A Christian woman has filed a lawsuit in which she demanded the judge to rule if being gay is a sin.
66-year-old Sylvia Ann Driskell, 66, of Auburn, Nebraska, filed the lawsuit, which was hand written.
She is suing all gay people on Earth for breaking “religious and moral laws,” according to court records.
In the suit, entered as Driskell v. Homosexuals, Driskell wrote a seven-page handwritten request to U.S. District Judge John M. Gerrard, to decide once and for all whether homosexuality is a sin or not.
The suit does not cite any case law under which a judge could make such a determination. However, she quotes the Webster dictionary and numerous Bible verses.
Driskell also wrote that she is 66 years old and that she never thought she would see the day “when our great nation and our great state of Nebraska, would become so compliant to the complicity of some people’s lewd behavior.”
