A man in Saudi Arabia, was shocked to learn that his first wife racked up thousands of dollars in traffic violations as revenge for marrying a second wife.

According to a video uploaded to the Internet, the scorned wife decided to seek the ultimate revenge against her husband by driving their car through red lights and accumulating more than $80,000 in traffic fines.

As her husband was supposedly celebrating his second marriage, the first wife took her husband’s minivan and asked her brother to drive through red lights in an attempt to get her husband the maximum amount of traffic fines.

The video clip shows the minivan driving through red lights and being caught by security cameras, before repeating the offenses again.

The video, which was uploaded to YouTube, has since gone viral.

The government operates an automated traffic system, using digital cameras linked to the Ministry of Interior to catch traffic offenders.

An attorney said that he believes that the woman and her brother will ultimately have to pay the fines as multiple witnesses can testify that the husband was not driving the van.

The first wife also went to the home of the second wife and destroyed her new furniture.
