Female traffic cop beats woman with a hammer for walking through red light

A traffic cop was arrested for beating a woman with a hammer.

The female traffic cop of Qingdao, China, attacked the woman with a hammer because she was jaywalking during rush hour.

The incident occurred on Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. The victim was seen arguing with the traffic attendant after she had tried to cross the street at a busy intersection.

The woman insisted on crossing the street despite cars passing by. However, the traffic cop ordered her to stay on the sidewalk.

When the woman refused to listen to the officer, she
suddenly pulled out a hammer and hit the jaywalker on the head.

She continued hitting the woman with the hammer until she collapsed on the floor.

Witnesses took photos of the incident, which showed the victim in a pool of blood.

The traffic cop defended herself, saying: “I will not let anyone run a red light.”

The victim was treated at a hospital and her injuries were not life threatening. The traffic cop was arrested.
