The surprised dog owner of the United Kingdom, said that he was on a train to work when his dog jumped onto the train and sat down next to him.

Thomas McCormack, 34, of Croy, North Lanarkshire, was shocked by the incident, and he could not figure out how his dog escaped the 6 foot high fence on his property.

McCormack said that the Labrador likely traced his scent to the train station before boarding the same car and jumping in the seat next to him.

Thomas could not make sense of how his canine friend had escaped from its cage and fenced garden or how it managed to track him on Friday morning.

However, his neighbors revealed that the dog had been bouncing on the trampoline, which was close to the fence, until it managed to jump over it.

McCormack had no choice, but to take the dog on the job for the day.

McCormack said that his dog named Paddy, is usually kept in the house, but stays in the back garden when he goes to work around 8:00 a.m.

“My guess is that Paddy has made the trip to the train station a few times, but never managed to find me until that morning. Obviously Paddy caught me. I had to take it to work,” McCormack said.
