Company officials were angry after finding human waste on the floors of the office in Georgia.

The delivery company based in Atlanta, forced employees to undergo DNA testing in order to find the person responsible for defecating on the floors.

However, Atlas Logistics Group was slapped with a lawsuit after all the employees tested negative.

Two employees, Jack Lowe and Dennis Reynolds, were given the go ahead to file their lawsuit against the company this week.

U.S. District Judge Amy Totenberg ruled that the company violated the law by testing its employees. Now, they’re going to sue their employer for the illegal genetic tests after rejecting a $200,000 settlement.

Reynolds and Lowe said that they were mocked and teased by coworkers after word got out about the humiliating DNA tests. The company ships food items for supermarkets.
