(Scroll down for video) An unlucky man was murdered because he had the same name as another man who was being hunted by contract killer, police in Ohio said.
Geauga County Police said that they arrested three men on charges of murder for killing the innocent man.
59-year-old Joseph Rosebrook, 57-year-old Carl Rosebrook, and 45-year-old Chad South, were accused of mistakenly killing 31-year-old Daniel Ott.
According to the police investigation, the three suspects were hired to kill a Daniel Ott because he was responsible for sending Rosebrook to jail for 10 years by testifying against him.
The three men broke into Ott’s house before killing him with a gun. The Daniel Ott who was the intended target, survived two assassination attempts.
