(Scroll down for video) A police department was slapped with a lawsuit after officers were caught on video eating pot brownies during a raid, according to court documents in California.
Members of the Santa Ana Police Department have been caught on video eating brownies containing marijuana during a raid at a dispensary.
Hidden video cameras at the Sky High Holistic, recorded officers eating marijuana-laced cakes and cookies last month, according to a lawyer who is suing the city.
Officers were also seen playing darts and making disparaging remarks to a woman in a wheelchair. The lawsuit was filed in federal court against the city, Mayor Miguel Pulido, and 11 other city employees.
The lawsuit alleges that the officers caused more than $100,000 in damages. The police launched an investigation against its officers, but so far, no arrests have been made.
