(Scroll down for video) A boy was arrested and charged as an adult after allegedly leading a group to gang rape a young girl.
17-year-old Gregory Wagner of Wisconsin, faces 80 years in prison after he was charged as an adult in this case.
Wagner and two other boys met the 15-year-old girl at a skate park and invited her to one of their homes in West Allis, Police said.
There, the trio gave the girl “dirty Sprite,” a combination of prescription cough syrup and soda. After drinking it, she felt dizzy and fell to the ground.
She woke up in a garage, where Wagner and other 15-year-old boys repeatedly raped her, police said.
One of the boys put his hands around her neck when she began screaming. The teenagers recorded the rape and posted one of the videos to Facebook.
After the rape, the girl was left bleeding. She was finally able to get away and called a friend to take her home.
Wagner was charged with 2 counts of second degree sexual assault of a child under the age of 16. He is charged as an adult. The other two boys were arrested and charged as juveniles.
