(Scroll down for video) People in New York City, who are looking for a clean bathroom on the go, can now have access to special toilets for just $25.

The new app named Looie, gives users access to a network of guaranteed clean toilets in New York City.

27-year-old Yezin Al-Qaysi, the founder of Looie, said that he decided to create the app after spending time waiting in line for public toilets only to have a really dirty experience.

When a restaurant or cafe signs up to join Looie, the company takes over the responsibilities of cleaning the toilet and customers get a special key to gain access to the bathroom.

Looie customers do not have to buy anything from the restaurant to use the bathroom. When you enter a Looie bathroom, you are guaranteed to get a sparkling clean toilet.

Each bathroom is cleaned from seven to 10 times a day. The bathroom also have a changing table for babies and natural air fresheners.

The ultimate goal is to have a network of thousands of bathrooms across the city.
