A man was arrested on a charge of urinating in a public place after allegedly urinating on a public bus because the driver refused to stop at a restroom, police in Australia said.
Hornsby police said that they have arrested the 21-year-old unidentified man on the public bus around 4:00 a.m. on Sunday.
The suspect, who was one of seven passengers on the bus, asked the driver to stop so he could go to the bathroom.
The driver advised him that he could not stop at that moment, and he told the man that he would have to wait until the next bus stop.
The suspect then allegedly went to the back of the bus and urinated on the floor. The stream of urine traveled all over the bus.
The driver stopped the bus outside the Hornsby police station, and went inside to ask for help. Police officers came on the bus and removed the man.
He was arrested and charged with one count of urinating in a public place.
