A police sergeant is being investigated on a charge of sexual assault after allegedly throwing bodily fluid on a female police officer, police in New York said.
According to a complaint filed by the victim, the sexual assault allegedly occurred as the two walked down a hallway at One Police Plaza in Manhattan.
The woman just left the bathroom and was walking to her office when 54-year-old Michael Iscenko allegedly threw fluid, which landed on her legs and shoes.
When the victim asked the sergeant what he was doing, he just walked away. The woman immediately filed a complaint with her superiors.
The fluid was tested and found to be sperm. The sergeant was ordered to provide a DNA sample to determine if the fluid was his.
Iscenko could face a charge of sexual abuse or harassment. Iscenko has since been transferred to a different location.
