IBM announced that it will deliver their female employees’ breast milk to their hungry babies in order to keep their female employees happy.

IBM plans to organize a delivery service for women to send their breast milk to their babies in a temperature controlled package.

A spokesperson for IBM said that they are offering this service so that female employees can better balance their work and home.

IBM plans to create an app to go along with shipping service with which employees can specify where they are staying so the temperature controlled package will be there waiting for them when they arrive.

The company will also offer the women a special room where they can pump the milk and prepare the packaging for their babies.
