(Scroll down for video) A woman is suing a clinic for “wrongful life” after she got pregnant due to their mistake.

The mother of three girls of Seattle, Washington, is suing the clinic after staff gave her a flu shot instead of a contraceptive injection, which resulted in an unwanted pregnancy.

Yesenia Pacheco was getting Depo-Provera contraceptive injections every three months at NeighborCare Health, when the mix up happened.

Staff members informed Pacheco of the mistake only after she went back to get another dose of the injection. At that point, she was already more than 2 months pregnant.

Her daughter Sandra has unilateral perisylvian, a brain malformation that affects motor skills and speech called unilateral perisylvian Polymicrogyria.

She also has to take anti-seizure medication. Pacheco said that she is struggling every day and that the clinic put her in a position in which she did not want to be, therefore she is suing for wrongful life.
