Drunk man claims he is Batman after exposing himself in a bar

A man was arrested, charged and convicted of damaging property after exposing himself in a bar and breaking things before claiming that he is Batman, prosecutors in the United Kingdom said.

Now, 27-year-old Nathan McMahon of Somerset, has been sentenced to complete 120 hours of community service after pleading guilty to damaging property.

According to the police investigation, McMahon uttered a homophobic slur in front of the bar owner before exposing his private parts to customers.

The owner called the police to the Bell Hotel.

Before police officers arrived at the scene, McMahon and a friend stepped outside and he uprooted plants, urinated in the street and shouted threats.

As police officers took him into custody, McMahon claimed he is Batman. McMahon pleaded guilty to threatening behavior and property damage.

In addition to the unpaid work order, McMahon was ordered to pay 235 pounds ($367) in compensation.
