A naked man was arrested on a charge of outraging public decency after taking off all his clothes and covering himself in cream, prosecutors in the United Kingdom said.
57-year-old Malcolm King of Royal Parade, was seen by the public without his clothes and covered in cream, the Plymouth Magistrate’s Court has heard.
King, who has a history of mental health problems, pleaded guilty to outraging public decency behaving in an indecent manner.
This was not the first time that King appeared naked in public.
Last year, King was sentenced to serve 16 months in prison for walking naked into a fast food restaurant and a nightclub. 2 years ago, King walked into a McDonald’s wearing nothing but a blonde wig, pink gloves and sandals.
He was under the influence of alcohol and had a liquor bottle in his hand. In another incident, he left a bar and returned 20 minutes later without clothes.
The staff asked him to leave, but he refused to go because it was too cold outside.
