(Scroll down for video) A drunk man was arrested on a charge of violating a grave after allegedly digging up his father’s grave because he wanted to argue with him, police in Kentucky said.
Lincoln County police said that they have arrested 44-year-old Michael May, after being accused of digging up the grave of his father at the Pilot Baptist Cemetery on Monday.
May told police that his father died about 30 years ago.
Records show that Willis Green May, died on November 23, 1983. May was charged with violating a grave, public intoxication and possession of marijuana.
May was booked into the Lincoln County Regional Jail, and his bail was set at $1,000.
