(Scroll down for video) A man is happy to finally have a sex life after an accident left him without his manhood.

43-year-old Mohammed Abad of Edinburgh, Scotland, said that he lost his private parts when he was hit by a car and dragged 600 feet.

The accident happened when he was 6 years old.

Abad had penile reconstructive surgery to allow him to urinate, but his surgically-created manhood was ineffective for sex.

Now, surgeons at the London University College, gave him a bionic 8-inch manhood. Using a button on his scrotum, Abad can now inflate his new manhood with fluids from a sack that was implanted in his stomach.

It took doctors three years and about 100 operations to get the desired results. Doctors used skin grafts from his arm, and the final operation took 11 hours.

Abad is still a virgin, and he is now looking for love. “Some women may want to try it,” he said. He also wants to start a family.
