East Grand Forks police said that they have arrested 33-year-old David John Young, after being accused of forcibly entering the Christ Community Church to steal cash and various other items before defecating on the floor.

According to the police investigation, an employee of the church located at 24646 Hazelwood Drive, entered the premises early in the morning and realized that the offices were ransacked.

The employee called the police who arrived at the scene to write up a report. The officers noticed that the offices were a mess.

Soda had been spilled all over a mini-fridge and microwave.

Inside a storage room, police noticed urine on the floor on and a pile of feces. An employee gave the officers a description of the suspect, and he was arrested the next day.
