(Scroll down for video) A woman lost custody of her children after she refused to pray to God at court ordered classes.

A judge in Mexico, ordered the mother to attend religious orientation sessions or lose custody of her children over her objections.

Holly Salzman was ordered to attend communication based classes to better co-parent her 11-year-old twin boys she had with her former husband.

The judge ordered them to attend 10 sessions with counselor Mary Pepper. Salzman secretly recorded some of the sessions, which proved that Pepper ordered them to pray before the classes.

She also gave the woman homework assignments, in which she had to write about what God means to her and how God was in her life.

When Salzman objected to the religious classes and stopped attending them, she lost custody of her children. The devastated mother had no choice, but to finish the court ordered religious classes in order to get her children back.

Pepper said that she gets about 10 clients from the court each week. She holds her courses in a public library, which is illegal.

Pepper said that she holds the classes in the library to keep her cost down. Even though their is video proof of the classes being of religious nature, Pepper denied the allegations.
