Several sperm banks in China, launched a campaign in an attempt to lure customers by offering enough cash to be able to purchase a new iPhone.
The Renji Hospital in Shanghai, is among several sperm banks using the new Apple iPhone 6 in a campaign to encourage more sperm donations.
One of the ads tells men that they do not need to sell their kidneys for iPhones as they can just donate sperm. Many people in the country finance their iPhone purchases by selling organs.
Donors go through a thorough health examination and then need to make regular sperm donations before receiving around $1,000.
The price for a new iPhone in China is around $900.
