(Scroll down for video) A lawyer is now on the wrong side of the law after she left 2 young children in her car.
Kimberly Bandoh of Georgia, who was a former magistrate judge in Clayton County, was arrested for leaving her children in the car while she was in court representing a client.
A passerby noticed the two children locked in the car in the parking of the Riverdale Municipal Court around 8:15 a.m. on Thursday.
The man entered the courthouse and alerted an officer who came outside and found that 2 boys who were left unattended.
The officer went back inside the courthouse and made an announcement, asking if anyone knew whose children were left in the car.
Bandoh admitted that the 2 and 3 year-old boys were hers. Police said that the children were in the car for at least 20 minutes.
The boys were not hurt and were placed in the care of their grandmother. Bandoh was arrested on a misdemeanor charge for leaving children unattended in a vehicle.
