A man of the United Kingdom, was jailed after he asked another man to flex his muscles and then asked for permission to touch them.
Akinwale Arobieke, who is a bodybuilder, was arrested, charged and convicted of breaching the terms of a Sexual Offence Prevention Order for touching the man’s muscles.
Arobieke, 54, traveled by train from Manchester to North Wales, when he asked a student, who is in his 20s, to flex his muscles. When the man complied, he asked to measure them.
The victim thought it was a bit strange, but he agreed.
However, after he returned home, the victim came across an article about Arobieke and his strange behavior of asking men, especially teenagers, to flex their muscles.
He was given a Sexual Offence Prevention Order (SOPO), preventing him from touching, feeling or measuring the muscle areas of any person in any public place.
After reading the article, the man called police and Arobieke was arrested. He was found guilty by a jury, for breaching the terms of the Sexual Offence Prevention Order.
Arobieke, who is a 6 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 308 pounds, is out on bail until sentencing.
