A woman who offered to help police nab drug dealers, consumed some of the drugs she got and placed baby formula into the baggies, police said.

Police in Pennsylvania, said that the undercover informant consumed the heroin he bought while working for police.

33-year-old Pamela Altoona Laich was working with police on Sunday night, when she was given money to buy heroin from the target of the investigation.

Police said that Laich, was instructed to buy five bags for $80 – but after a long delay, she returned with only three bags.

Laich said that she lost the other 2 bags. The police officers made her go back to look for the other bags.

However, she returned with a strange looking substance in the baggies.

Police say later determined that Laich used the heroin before she changed it with dry baby cereal. She was arrested.
