(Scroll down for video) A construction worker was shocked to find a woman hiding from the police under the lid of a portable toilet, police in Oregon said.
Eugene police said that they have arrested 27-year-old Treasure Dawn Shockey, after being accused of identity theft.
The incident unfolded on Saturday morning around 11:15 a.m., near Coburg Road and Chad Drive. Shockey ran when police tried to talk to her.
Officers followed her, but she disappeared into a nearby neighborhood.
A woman told the police that she saw the woman running through her yard and climbing a fence into the Eugene Swim and Tennis Club.
About 20 minutes later, a construction worker told an officer who was looking for Shockey, that when he lifted the lid of a portable toilet, he was surprised to see the woman inside.
The construction worker led police to the toilet, and Shockey was arrested.
