A man was arrested after he contaminated a hospital in the United Kingdom with his feces.

The cardiology department at the hospital in England, had to be cleaned after Trevor Parnham, who covered himself in his own feces, wandered around the hospital.

Parnham opened cupboards and drawers in the early hours of the morning, after he was treated in the emergency room at the Ipswich Hospital, according to court documents.

At first, Parnham, 40, went into the hospital’s kitchen and took some chips. He then walked into operating rooms in the cardiology department and touched things while he was covered in feces.

Parnham went to the hospital about 3:00 a.m., where he was treated and released about 5:20 a.m. Instead of going home, Parnham wandered around the hospital.

He also threw hospital gowns on the floor and lied down on it, causing it to be contaminated.

Judge David Goodin said that Parnham’s behavior caused a disruption in the hospital. “For those waiting for serious operations in the cardiology department that was a very serious matter,” the judge said.

The department was brought to a halt for hours, as it needed to be cleaned and sterilized.

When Parnham was arrested by security personnel at 6:45 a.m., he was still covered in his own feces and dressed in a hospital gown.

He was also found in possession of a tablet computer, which he stole from an office.

Parnham apologized and said that his acts were not premeditated. He was sentenced to 10 months in jail.
