A woman of the United Kingdom, said that she is terrified after her boyfriend violated a court protection order.

The 24-year-old man was arrested again after he went to the home of his former partner and urinated into her house shortly after being released from prison, where he served a sentence for stalking her, a court heard.

Luke Rutherford of Gloucester, was not deterred by his time in prison or by his court order to stay away from the woman and her house.

Rutherford was finally arrested after he threw a letter into her house and then urinated on it through the door mail slot.

At the Gloucester Crown Court, Rutherford admitted harassing the woman. In a victim impact statement, the victim, who is also the mother of Rutherford’s two-year-old son, said that she had been in relationship with him for 4 years. She asked the judge to “keep him under lock and key.”

However, Judge Jamie Tabor QC allowed Rutherford to walk free from court, but deferred his sentence for two months to see if Rutherford can avoid getting into trouble.

The judge warned Rutherford that if he contacts his former girlfriend again, he will get the maximum prison sentence.
