(Scroll down for video) An adorable baby deer was seen running after the man who nursed her back to health and refused to leave him.
Darius Sasnauska, who lives close to the Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming, found female doe with her two young fawn
walking through his backyard.
One of the babies appeared to have been injured on one of its front legs. The mother and the second offspring walked at a regular pace, leaving the limping fawn behind.
Sasnauskas said that many bears roam near the property and he did not think the deer would survive for long. So he took the female fawn into his home and nursed it back to health.
First, he made a leg brace out of an oatmeal box. He also bottle-fed the animal until it was ready to be released into the wild.
After caring for the animal for about two weeks, Sasnauskas tried to release the animal, but the fawn refused to leave.
When Sasnauskas began running away, the fawn ran after him. One day, when Sasnauskas spotted the mother deer, he took the fawn to it and the fawn ran to her.
