A pregnant nurse was arrested on a charge of lewd and lascivious battery on a disabled or elderly person after allegedly trading drugs in exchange for sex with a mentally disabled man, police in Florida said.
Pembroke Pines police said that they have arrested 31-year-old Alicia Lashaun Davis, after being accused of giving ecstasy pills the 41-year-old man of the South Florida State Hospital, in exchange for sexual encounters.
Davis has been charged with lewd and lascivious battery on a disabled or elderly person, and she was released from jail without bail.
According to the police investigation, Davis cared for the mentally ill man at the hospital when they had sex. The patient told investigators that they had sex around 15 times, and he got Davis pregnant.
Davis claimed that the man is not really mentally ill, and he was just gaming the system.
The judge ordered that Davis not to have any contact with the patient and banned her from working at any mental health facility.
