(Scroll down for video) Police are looking to arrest two teenage girls who allegedly punched an elderly woman in the face because they wanted to ride a public bus for free, police in the United Kingdom said.

London police said that the incident unfolded on bus Route 166 after the two girls came aboard without paying their fares around 3:30 p.m. on Friday.

According to the police investigation, most of the passengers left the bus before the girls started arguing with the driver about paying for tickets.

The two girls then punched the 87-year-old woman, who was not identified. She suffered a black eye. Another passenger came to her aid and called an ambulance.

The victim was taken to St. Helier Hospital, where she was treated and released. The suspects fled the scene before police arrived.

The girls were described as black and around 15 years old. So far, no arrests have been made.
