(Scroll down for video) Police officers who were looking for thieves, found a man hiding on the roof of a Motel 6 in Arizona.
The men were wanted for shoplifting at a Walgreens in Phoenix.
The men managed to get away from the police. However, while looking for the suspects, police learned that Phillip Satterfield, 32, was hiding on the roof of the Motel 6.
Officers attempted to get the man to come down, but he refused to do so until his demands were met, police said.
His demanded three jelly filled donuts covered in powdered sugar and a bottle of milk. The officers went to a nearby Dunkin’ Donuts to get the special order.
Jonathan Kendal, who works at the Dunkin’ Donuts, agreed to make the custom made donuts for the suspect. “The guy is going to jail. I will make special donuts for him,” Kendel said.
The incident unfolded at the Motel 6 on Black Canyon Highway and Northern about 7 a.m. After he was finished eating the donuts on the roof, the suspect came down and surrendered to police.
Officials said that the suspect had an outstanding warrant for a violation of probation.
