(Scroll down for video) A man was arrested a few days after he arrived to the United States from Puerto Rico.
Kevin Hernandez Orth was arrested at a hotel in Orlando, Florida, after he contacted a talent agency in search of young swimsuit models.
The 25-year-old man said that he was a filmmaker with Candy Land Films, but the talent agency could not find any record of the company. They became suspicious when he specified that he wanted female swimsuit models who were between 10 and 14 years old.
The agency alerted the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. An undercover officer posing as the father of a 14-year-old girl contacted Orth.
Police said that Orth offered the father to take videos of his daughter in a bathing suit for $100.
He then offered to pay more for other packages, which included nude videos of the girl for $200 or having sex with her and record the act for $400.
Orth was arrested and charged with attempted lewd and lascivious battery, solicitation of a parent to engage in sexual conduct with a minor, traveling to meet a minor to engage in sexual conduct, attempted manufacture of child pornography and attempted production of child pornography.
He is being held on $180,000 bail at the Orange County Jail.
The judge ordered him to have no contact with anyone under 18 years old and he was banned from using the Internet.
