(Scroll down for video) A man was arrested on a charge of burglary after allegedly breaking into an office to steal toilet paper, police in Oregon said.
Milwaukie police said that they have arrested 37-year-old Timothy Allen Nelson, after being accused of breaking into the State Farm Insurance office located on the 13000 block of SE Rusk Road.
Nelson was charged with burglary, attempted assault of police animal, interference with a police animal and resisting arrest.
He was booked into the Clackamas County jail. According to the police investigation, the incident unfolded around 2:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
Police officers who arrived at the scene, ordered Nelson to come out of the office, but he refused. Officers sent in a police dog named Kilo, in order to force the suspect out of the office.
A struggle broke out between Kilo and Nelson, and he tried to stab the dog several times. Nelson tried to steal a vacuum cleaner, a DVD player and toilet paper.
Nelson suffered a bite on the arm and was treated at a nearby hospital before being taken to jail. Nelson is on probation for theft.
