A teenager who had a driver’s license that showed she was 21 years old, told police that she is acting the part.
Police in Florida, said that the 18-year-old woman of Pensacola, claimed that her fake driver’s license was not illegal because she acted out the false identity.
Abbie Caay Huff was pulled over by an officer for speeding. The official saw an open bottle of alcohol in the vehicle and all passengers appeared to be under 21 years old.
After searching the car, officers found a Mississippi driver’s license that shows Huff as 21 years old. The arrest report said that her Florida driver’s license indicates that she is 18 years old. Huff was arrested because she has an arrest warrant in Escambia County for battery.
During questioning, Huff said: “The license can be legally possessed if she was acting.” She was charged with possession of a fake identification.
