Two male students were expelled from a college after being falsely accused of raping a female colleague following a threesome, according to court documents in New York.

The student who attended the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in Manhattan, filed his lawsuit after the woman asked him to have sex with her and another man at the same time.

After the sexual encounter, the woman filed a complaint with the college.

The college launched an investigation and determined that both men had violated the sexual-misconduct policy of the school.

They were expelled from school and they were ordered to complete a sexual violence training course.

According to the lawsuit, the two men have a recording of the woman, saying that sex with two guys at the same time is too much for her.

However, she agreed to have sex with them separately, proving that the threesome encounter was consensual. The men believe that they were expelled from the college without a reason.

They are requesting unspecified damages.
