Columbus police were called around 5:35 a.m. to the Circle K convenience store on the 1400 block Veterans Parkway, where a man stole a Coors Light tracker trailer.
When police spotted the truck, the suspect led them on a high-speed chase. The pursuit ended near a Bojangles’ Famous Chicken ‘n Biscuits restaurant, when the suspect, 55-year-old Gregory Miller, jumped of the truck and began running in an attempt to flee from the police.
When he jumped out of the tractor trailer, it kept rolling and it ran over his own leg. Miller was caught at the scene.
