A police officer in the United Kingdom, is being investigated for fraud after she was seen dancing at a nightclub.

Zoe Hallam is being investigated by her colleagues after she went on medical retirement due to “severe injuries.”

Hallam of Whatton, Nottingham, was involved in a car accident in which she was found to be at fault.

The 48-year-old mother of two children claimed that her disabilities were so severe that she was unable to drive for longer than 15 minutes and she needed a walking stick at work in order to receive her pension.

However, the officer was dragged to court after she was accused of exaggerating the extent of her injuries.

Hallam’s troubles began when she was seen on the dance floor of the Northern Soul nightclub. The court heard that she asked the photographer at the nightclub not to take pictures of her dancing in the club because she was “at war with her bosses.”

Police also had videos of Hallam swimming and cycling while on vacation.

Hallam is accused of exaggerating her injuries and failing to report improvements in her health. Hallam denies the charges of serious misconduct.
