A man who angry that his nephew touched his Pokemon cards, flew into a rage and slammed him into a wall, police in Maryland said.
The Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office said that they have arrested 29-year-old Kyle T. Burford, after being accused of assaulting his 5-year-old nephew.
Burford was charged with one count of second-degree child abuse and one count of second-degree assault. He was booked into the Wicomico County Detention Center, and his bail was set $20,000.
According to the police investigation, officers were called to suspect’s home located in the 200 block of Phillip Morris Drive, on a report of a domestic dispute.
Police officers who arrived at the scene, learned that Burford became angry with his nephew after discovering that he touched his Pokemon cards without his permission.
He allegedly struck the boy so hard that he knocked him off his feet and into a wall.
