(Scroll down for video) A trendy priest was pulled from the church after he used a hoverboard during services.

The Catholic priest of the Philippines, has been forced to repent after he took a spin on a hoverboard, during Midnight prayer services.

The Diocese of San Pablo, was angered by the unidentified priest after cellphone video, which went viral, showed him going up and down the church hall with a microphone in his hand and singing.

When he was done, his parishioners at the church in Manila, gave him a round of applause. However, his superiors were less amused.

“That was wrong, it is not a personal celebration where one can introduce something to get the attention of people,” the Diocese said.

The priest apologized for his actions. He acknowledged that his action was wrong and vowed that will not happen again.

However, the priest was fired from the church.
