Just days after McDonald's Japan solved its French fries crisis, the company stopped sales of Chicken McNuggets after a customer found a piece of blue vinyl in his chicken.

A spokesperson for the company said that the contaminated chicken nuggets found at an Aomori store location were removed and sent back to its headquarters in Tokyo, for further investigation.

Recently, the company has dropped its chicken supplier, Shanghai Husi Food Co., because they sold expired products. The company has since been importing its meat from Thailand.

Last month, McDonald’s experienced a shortage of frozen french fries after imports were delayed due to labor disputes in shipping ports along the West Coast of the United States.

McDonald’s temporarily stopped selling medium and large size of their fries throughout Japan, but resumed sales of all sizes this week.

The company also admitted that it had received a similar complaint from another customer who bought chicken nuggets in Tokyo last week.

"We deeply apologize for this inconvenience to our customers at a time when we are struggling to regain your confidence," company spokesperson Kokoro Toyama said.

(Scroll down for video) A woman went through great pains to have many needles inserted in her back to protest bullfighting.

The female activist took the pain to make a point for the cause.

Animal rights activist Fanny Pachon is so angered by traditional bullfights that she had 2,500 needles stuck in her back to protest against cruelty to bulls.

Pachon, 35, considers the sport barbaric and cruel. She is determined to get the sport banned in Colombia, where she still lives.

An acupuncturist named David Hernandez, placed the needles on her back, while people recorded the act.

The protest took place outside the mayor's office in Cartagena. Pachon said that she decided to take extreme measures because she was frustrated with the lack of official response to repeated requests to stop bullfighting.

Many people joined the protest, demanding the mayor stop bullfighting.

It has emerged that Pachon may have another motive for sticking the needles in her back. If confirmed, she could beat the Guinness World Record for the most needles in her body.

The current record is held by Wei Shengchu of China, who had 2,009 needles in his head. Although Pachon managed to have 2,500 stuck in her skin, Guinness World Record officials have not yet announced whether she beat the record.

Life sentence for man who raped his stepdaughter overturned because victim recorded the abuse

Richard Russell McDade
By: Wayne Morin

A man who sexually assaulted his stepdaughter, was sentenced to life in prison.

However, the Supreme Court of Florida, overturned the conviction of the sex offender because the victim recorded the abuse without his consent.

Richard Russell McDade was found guilty by a Lee County jury on five charges, including two counts of sexual battery on a child younger than 12 years old.

However, the supreme court ordered a new trial to be held without the incriminating recordings.

The case has caused controversy as prosecutors said that a victim should not have to ask her abuser for permission to record evidence.

Rep. Jared Moskowitz, Democrat, Coral Springs, proposed a bill that would allow secretly recorded conversations to be used as evidence in such cases.

The victim who was born in Mexico, moved with his mother to Florida, about 15 years ago. The mother married McDade 4 years later.

The victim said that McDade began sexually abusing her when she was just 10 years old. He threatened that the child and her mother would be sent back to Mexico, if she reported the abuse, according to court records.

When the girl was 16 years old, she used an MP3 player, which was hidden in her shirt, to record two different conversations she had with McDade in a bedroom.

The recordings supported the stepdaughter’s account of her abuse by McDade. She claimed that he regularly asked her for sex. The teen handed the recordings over to the police and McDade was arrested.

McDade tried to suppress the recordings at trial, but a circuit judge rejected his request. The 2nd District Court of Appeals upheld the circuit judge’s decision, but noted that the case did not have any DNA evidence or other physical evidence to support the victim’s claims.

Now, the Supreme Court overturned the conviction and ordered a new trial without the recordings.

Female police officer forces man to bend over so girls can slap his backside

Virat Dhoni held down by Monica Singh
By: Chan Yuan

A police officer carried out street justice after a man harassed school girls.

The man was accused of trying to get the attention of young women in central India.

The girls felt that they were being sexually harassed by the man so they complained to a female police officer.

The police officer decided to carry out street justice.
Virat Dhoni was forced to bend over in the middle of a public street so that the group of teenage girls could slap him in the backside.

The 23-year-old man was accused of wolf whistling to get the attention of the school girls in Sendhwa, Madhya Pradesh.

According to court records, the teens told Sub-Inspector Monica Singh, that Dhoni was bothering them. That is when Singh grabbed him and carried out the humiliating punishment.

Singh encouraged the girls to spank the man as punishment for his actions.

However, Dhoni was not amused with the punishment. He filed a complaint and told a judge that the public spanking was humiliating and that the officer should not have taken the law into her own hands.

“I felt embarrassed standing there while the women beat me. I did not put my hands on them and it is not the job of a police officer to decide who is and who is not guilty,” Dhoni said.

However, the judge rejected his claim, saying that he deserved the beating and that he would not have gotten away with a simple slap on the wrist if the courts had dealt with the case.

The judge said that the punishment fit the crime as he tormented his victims in public with his whistling.
